Mandatory Topics – 8 hours ($24.99)
Mandatory Topics covers the duties a licensee has under Virginia's agency law (Real Estate Agency) and some important issues to keep in mind when writing contracts (Real Estate Contracts). The course also covers federal and state fair housing laws and some current cases and administrative decisions related to fair housing (Fair Housing). In addition, current cases that may impact other areas of real estate, including contracts, agency, environmental issues, and property disclosure, are discussed (Legal Updates and Emerging Trends). This course will provide the licensee with a deeper understanding of current court cases and legal issues that will help them to avoid legal liability for themselves, as well as, for their clients. This course meets mandatory requirements.
Tax Free Exchanges – 4 hours ($19.99) 
Covers the basics of a tax free exchange of residential investment property. Topics covered include requirements of a tax free exchange, types of exchanges and the methods for transferring title when an exchange takes place.
Consensual Dual Agency – 4 hours ($19.99)
This course describes agency relationships and the inherent conflicts of interest of each, followed by coverage of dual agency, agency policy and procedures for implementing, documenting and changing agency policy.
Tax Advantages of Home Ownership – 8 hours ($24.99)
Course covers types of tax benefits for homeowners and how to calculate the taxes that will impact the purchase of a home.
Basic Real Estate Finance – 8 hours ($24.99)
Covers basic principles of real estate finance. Topics include financing instruments, promissory notes, mortgages, assumptions, priority of loans, foreclosures, trust deeds, types of loans, sources of funds, loan practices and closing costs.
Methods of Residential Finance – 8 hours ($24.99)
All of the various forms of residential real estate financing; including conventional, FHA, VA Loans, loan assumptions, purchase money mortgages, alternative financing are explained in this course. Also covers legislation relating to financing.
Pricing Property to Sell – 8 hours ($24.99)
Presents methods and principles for pricing property. Covers pricing compared to appraisal, basic concepts of pricing property, principles of value, approaches to pricing property and application of the market data and replacement cost methods.
Real Estate Math  – 4 hours ($19.99) 
Covers math calculations involved in property measurement, commissions, investments and return on investments, capitalization, loans, property cost and price. The course presents easy-to-remember formulas and numerous practice problems.
Ethics in Real Estate – 3 hours ($19.99)
