Every Sales Associate must complete 16 hours of CE every 2 years, 8 of the 16 hours must include training in these required topics: 3 hrs ethics and standards of conduct, 2 hrs fairhousing, 1 hr legal updates and emerging trends, 1 hr real estate contracts, 1 hr real estate agency. The remaining 8 hrs may be in any related real estate subject matter.
Every Broker must complete 24 hours of CE every 2 years. This must include 3 hrs ethics and standards of conduct, 2 hrs fairhousing, 1 hr legal updates and emerging trends, 1 hr real estate contracts, 1 hr real estate agency. 8 hrs relating to supervision and management of Real Estate agents and mangement of real estate brokerage firms. The remaining 8hrs may be in any related real estate subject matter. |
