AREA offers a full line of Real Estate Sales Pre-License courses to satisfy the requirements of the Virginia Real Estate Board. In addition to Pre-License courses, AREA also has Post-Licensing, Broker Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education courses that fulfill educational standards established by the Board.
